Hay ciertas claves que est\u00e1n al alcance de cualquier persona, que las puede abordar para aumentar su felicidad y bienestar general en la vida, independientemente de su situaci\u00f3n o circunstancias. De poco sirve tener mucho dinero, un buen puesto de trabajo o muchas posesiones si no somos capaces de disfrutarlas. Cada persona puede ser feliz de una manera diferente. Sin embargo, existen ciertos patrones que coinciden en todos los sujetos felices. En concreto vamos a analizar cinco de ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.- Ser optimista<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para ser feliz debes ser una persona optimista. Y es que la felicidad no solo depende de las circunstancias, sino de la actitud que cada sujeto presenta ante ellas. Si te muestras optimista ante las adversidades te resultar\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil superarlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.- Ser resiliente<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La resiliencia permite a las personas adaptarse a las diferentes adversidades y hasta convertirlas en una oportunidad. Esta fuerza para superar los obst\u00e1culos de la vida y salir de ellos fortalecido es clave para ser feliz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.- Evitar la procrastinaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afrontar las responsabilidades y no dejarlas para m\u00e1s adelante es otra de las claves para lograr la felicidad. Mientras alargas esas actividades la tensi\u00f3n y el estr\u00e9s se apoderan de ti. Si realmente son cosas que tienes que hacer, es mejor hacerlo cuantos antes y limitar ese tiempo de agobio al m\u00ednimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.- Trabajar la socializaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vivimos en sociedad y necesitamos relacionarnos con los que nos rodean para ser felices. Por esta raz\u00f3n debes cuidar la relaci\u00f3n con las personas que quieres y apoyarte en ellos cuando sea necesario. Estos v\u00ednculos con la familia, los amigos, los compa\u00f1eros de trabajo o los vecinos te har\u00e1n aumentar tu autoestima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.- Practicar deporte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hacer ejercicio de forma habitual es fundamental para llevar una vida saludable y tambi\u00e9n para ser feliz. El ejercicio libera endorfinas y esto nos har\u00e1 sentir mejor. No es necesario que te machaques en el gimnasio para conseguirlo.
