A lo largo de la historia, se ha entendido que el movimiento y el juego son esenciales para el crecimiento y el desarrollo saludable de los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 A continuaci\u00f3n, un breve resumen de los diferentes per\u00edodos de tiempo en los que se ha valorado y promovido la actividad f\u00edsica en los ni\u00f1os:<\/p>\n<p>*Antig\u00fcedad: Desde la antig\u00fcedad, se ha reconocido la importancia de la actividad f\u00edsica en el desarrollo de los ni\u00f1os. En civilizaciones como la griega y la romana, se fomentaban los juegos y el ejercicio para fortalecer el cuerpo y la mente de los j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<p>* Siglo XIX: Durante el siglo XIX, surgieron importantes avances en la comprensi\u00f3n de la infancia y el desarrollo infantil. Se promovi\u00f3 la idea de que los ni\u00f1os necesitan jugar y participar en actividades f\u00edsicas para desarrollar habilidades motoras, sociales y cognitivas.<\/p>\n<p>* Siglo XX: En el siglo XX, hubo un mayor enfoque en la educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y la importancia del ejercicio para el bienestar general de los ni\u00f1os. Se establecieron programas de educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica en las escuelas y se promovi\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n en deportes y juegos al aire libre.<\/p>\n<p>* Actualidad: En la actualidad, la actividad f\u00edsica sigue siendo reconocida como una herramienta fundamental para el desarrollo de los ni\u00f1os.
