Sin embargo, hay otros efectos positivos que podemos conseguir con la pr\u00e1ctica de actividad f\u00edsica regular, como son los beneficios psicol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<p>Entre ellos:<\/p>\n<p>*Aumenta la sensaci\u00f3n de bienestar y disminuye el estr\u00e9s mental.<\/p>\n<p>Se produce liberaci\u00f3n de endorfinas, sustancias del propio organismo con estructura qu\u00edmica similar a la morfina, que favorecen el sentirse bien despu\u00e9s del ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p>*Disminuye el grado de agresividad, ira, ansiedad, angustia y depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>*Disminuye la sensaci\u00f3n de fatiga. Nos da m\u00e1s energ\u00eda y capacidad de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>*Mejora el sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Y sobre el aparato locomotor, digamos que aumenta la elasticidad muscular y articular.<\/p>\n<p>Incrementa la fuerza y resistencia de los m\u00fasculos.<\/p>\n<p>Facilita los movimientos de la vida diaria.<\/p>\n<p>ap\u00e1s y mam\u00e1s, poco a poco se sumaron y pasaron a formar parte de la familia OLIMPIA.
