Bien aplicado puede ense\u00f1ar resistencia y estimular un sentimiento de juego limpio y un respeto por las reglas, un esfuerzo coordinado y la subordinaci\u00f3n de los intereses del grupo. Mal utilizado, puede incentivar la vanidad personal y la del grupo, el deseo codicioso de victoria y el odio a los rivales, un esp\u00edritu corporativo de intolerancia y un desd\u00e9n por aquellas personas que se encuentran m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de un cierto rol arbitrariamente seleccionado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp; El universo deportivo presenta una considerable plasticidad moral. En ocasiones la l\u00ednea que separa el deporte benigno del da\u00f1ino es muy difusa. &nbsp;Nos costar\u00eda saber hasta qu\u00e9 punto mejora o menoscaba nuestra vida, es una fuente de armon\u00eda o de inestabilidad, una afici\u00f3n benefactora o una adicci\u00f3n cercenadora. El deporte puede ser un canto a la vida, pero tambi\u00e9n puede conducirnos a aborrecerla y juzgarla indigna de ser vivida. De acuerdo con las palabras de Juvenal \u2014mens sana in corpore sano\u2014, puede formar parte de nuestra educaci\u00f3n hol\u00edstica, pero tambi\u00e9n puede ser una expresi\u00f3n del culto al cuerpo, incluso contribuyendo a trastornos como la anorexia o la vigorexia. Bien implementado en los programas escolares, contribuye a que los alumnos desarrollen su personalidad (a nivel motriz, emocional, cognitivo o social) o mejoren su salud (f\u00edsica o mental). Mal aplicado, puede erosionar la salud f\u00edsica y mental de unos ni\u00f1os deportistas, cada vez m\u00e1s precoces. En este caso nos referimos a la explotaci\u00f3n deportiva infantil, un fen\u00f3meno hist\u00f3ricamente reciente. En todo momento el deporte debe ser un derecho, nunca una imposici\u00f3n que, precisamente, viole los derechos fundamentales de los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp; El deporte puede transmitir valores, pero tambi\u00e9n contravalores. Esto significa que en todo momento deberemos orientarlo axiol\u00f3gica y educativamente. Ser\u00eda iluso creer que el deporte infunde siempre y de la misma manera buenos frutos. Como ocurre con otras esferas humanas, es un arma de doble filo capaz de sacar lo mejor y lo peor del anthropos.
