Aqu\u00ed algunas de las razones clave:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Gen\u00e9tica: La raza negra tiene una mayor proporci\u00f3n de fibra muscular r\u00e1pida, ideal para la velocidad y la potencia. Tambi\u00e9n tienen una mayor concentraci\u00f3n de m\u00fasculo en las piernas y gl\u00fateos.<\/li>\n<li>Fisiolog\u00eda: Los atletas negros suelen tener una mayor capacidad anaer\u00f3bica, lo que les permite generar energ\u00eda sin ox\u00edgeno durante per\u00edodos cortos y intensos.<\/li>\n<li>Historia y cultura: La esclavitud y la segregaci\u00f3n racial llevaron a que los afroamericanos se enfocaran en deportes que no requer\u00edan equipo costoso, como el atletismo.<\/li>\n<li>Selecci\u00f3n natural: En \u00c1frica, la supervivencia depend\u00eda de la velocidad y la agilidad para cazar y escapar de depredadores.<\/li>\n<li>Entrenamiento y dedicaci\u00f3n: Los atletas negros suelen tener un fuerte apoyo familiar y comunitario, lo que les motiva a entrenar duro y a superar obst\u00e1culos.<\/li>\n<li>Modelo a seguir: La presencia de modelos a seguir exitosos, como Jesse Owens, Carl Lewis y Usain Bolt, inspira a nuevos atletas negros.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Aunque \u00c1frica es el continente con mayor diversidad gen\u00e9tica y es el lugar de origen de la mayor\u00eda de los velocistas de \u00e9lite, no necesariamente es donde se encuentran los grandes velocistas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Muchos de los velocistas africanos que dominan las pruebas de velocidad en la actualidad, como los jamaiquinos, estadounidenses, brit\u00e1nicos, canadienses, etc., son descendientes de africanos que fueron llevados a esas regiones durante la trata transatl\u00e1ntica de esclavos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 En \u00c1frica, hay un gran potencial para producir velocistas de \u00e9lite, pero la falta de infraestructura, recursos, entrenamiento y oportunidades en muchos pa\u00edses africanos limita el desarrollo de atletas de alto
