Curs\u00f3 estudios de arquitectura y march\u00f3 a Par\u00eds, para trabajar con Le Corbusier pero en esta ciudad abandon\u00f3 esta inclinaci\u00f3n para dedicarse a la pintura, incorpor\u00e1ndose al grupo surrealista. Durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial residi\u00f3 en Estados Unidos, traslad\u00e1ndose nuevamente a Par\u00eds al finalizar la misma. Su pintura es una modalidad de surrealismo personal, con intenci\u00f3n social y pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>* Arturo L\u00f3pez Rodezno, nacido en 1906, es el pintor de los mitos mayas. Introdujo la pintura mural en su pa\u00eds. El famoso pintor italiano, de origen griego, Giorgo de Chirico, present\u00f3 en Roma una muestra del artista hondure\u00f1o, basada en temas mayas.
