Reloj de arena: elige centrarte en los granos qu\u00e9 caen o en los que a\u00fan quedan arriba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) A la cima<\/strong> no se llega so\u00f1ando con escalas se llega construyendo pelda\u00f1os. Hay que ser &#8220;pelda\u00f1ista&#8221;. Grano x grano un zorzal se comi\u00f3 una vi\u00f1a. Se necesita sensaci\u00f3n de avance. Si aspiras r\u00e1pido a la perfecci\u00f3n puedes fracasar porque est\u00e1 lejos. Centrarse en peque\u00f1os \u00e9xitos frecuentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) Innovaci\u00f3n imprescindible<\/strong>. Cambias o te cambian. Cocodrilo que se duerme es cartera. En Silicon Valley los j\u00f3venes sue\u00f1an con ser el pr\u00f3ximo Steve Jobs. En suram\u00e9rica, en general, quieren ser el siguiente Lionel Messi o la pr\u00f3xima Shakira. Pocos sue\u00f1an con crear un algoritmo innovador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4)Tiempo, el recurso<\/strong> m\u00e1s escaso. &#8220;Ser consciente de mi mortalidad es la herramienta m\u00e1s importante que he encontrado para ayudarme a tomar las grandes decisiones de mi vida. La muerte es el mejor invento de la vida. No desperdicies tu existencia&#8221; Steve Jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5) Qu\u00e9 es una autoestima<\/strong> sana? . i subestimarse ni sobrevalorarse. No ser &#8220;campe\u00f3n del sufrimiento&#8221; ni &#8220;profesor de dios&#8221;.
