Una nueva publicaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica suma otra raz\u00f3n m\u00e1s para incorporar movimiento a nuestros d\u00edas: el papel protector del ejercicio aer\u00f3bico en el cerebro. Al practicar ejercicio f\u00edsico se generan diferentes mecanismos que afectan directamente a nuestro cerebro y a frenar su deterioro. El envejecimiento pasar\u00e1 por todos, pero el ejercicio f\u00edsico puede ralentizar, al menos en parte, sus efectos a nivel neurol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">    Un nuevo estudio dirigido por cient\u00edficos brit\u00e1nicos y brasile\u00f1os arroja esperanza en la prevenci\u00f3n y tratamiento del Alzheimer. A los muchos beneficios que ya ha demostrado extensamente el ejercicio aer\u00f3bico, se a\u00f1ade su papel protector de c\u00e9lulas cerebrales sanas y el restablecimiento del equilibrio en el cerebro envejecido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; La investigaci\u00f3n publicada en Brain Research comprob\u00f3 como el ejercicio f\u00edsico afecta a los marcadores clave del Alzheimer: placas amiloides, ovillos de tau y acumulaci\u00f3n de hierro en las c\u00e9lulas productoras de mielina conocidas como oligodendrocitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; El estudio fue llevado a cabo en roedores que realizaban ejercicio aer\u00f3bico de manera controlada. El efecto de esta actividad hizo que esos marcadores clave en el Alzheimer se redujeran de manera significativa, lo que se asocia a un menor riesgo de desarrollar la enfermedad o unos efectos reducidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Otra consecuencia del ejercicio f\u00edsico es la reducci\u00f3n de la inflamaci\u00f3n cerebral, lo que ayuda a personas enfermas y sanas. Al correr, nadar, montar en bicicleta o al realizar cualquier tipo de modalidad aer\u00f3bica estamos mejorando tambi\u00e9n la comunicaci\u00f3n entre las c\u00e9lulas cerebrales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; En definitiva, como se\u00f1ala el Dr. Augusto Coppi en el estudio citado: &#8220;esta investigaci\u00f3n destaca el potencial del ejercicio aer\u00f3bico para servir como piedra angular en las estrategias preventivas para el Alzheimer&#8221;. Estos resultados fueron con ensayos cl\u00ednicos en roedores, el siguiente paso es comprobar esos mismos efectos observados en humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Con el hallazgo de este estudio, sumado a muchos otros existentes sobre el papel protector del ejercicio f\u00edsico en el Alzheimer y enfermedades neurodegenerativas en general, queda claro que el ejercicio f\u00edsico ha de estar presente en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Los organismos de sanidad deber\u00edan tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de prevenir, retardar o mejorar los s\u00edntomas de esta enfermedad tan dura para quien la sufre y las personas de su alrededor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
