Su historia se remonta a miles de a\u00f1os, con evidencias de su pr\u00e1ctica en civilizaciones antiguas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Antig\u00fcedad &#8211;\u00a0Prehistoria:<\/strong>\u00a0Se han encontrado pinturas rupestres que representan a personas nadando, lo que sugiere que la nataci\u00f3n era una habilidad conocida desde hace m\u00e1s de 7,000 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Civilizaciones antiguas:<\/strong>\u00a0En Egipto, Grecia y Roma, la nataci\u00f3n era valorada como una habilidad importante.
