Ella le gana a todo. Borra las desventajas. Te da resistencia corporal y mental. Es un motor que duplica tu capacidad de trabajo. Puede alterar hasta tu gen\u00e9tica. Hay que optar entre el dolor de la disciplina y el dolor del fracaso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2) Festival de la L\u00e1stima. <\/strong>La vida no es justa ni f\u00e1cil pero mejor no te quedes en ese Festival. Tus problemas y tu pasado no son prioritarios para nadie. Cada uno est\u00e1 lidiando con sus propios problemas. Mientras m\u00e1s consuelo necesites, menos independiente ser\u00e1s. La lastima te debilita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3) El que aprende a adaptarse sobrevive y prospera. <\/strong>No te quedes anclado en el lamento. Vu\u00e9lvete un estratega de la vida. Busca t\u00e1cticas para atacar los problemas. Si te adaptas ves las oportunidades. Si lo ves como carga no aprendes. Con humildad encuentra la lecci\u00f3n en cada obst\u00e1culo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4) Un peque\u00f1o progreso, <\/strong>es un valioso progreso, un inspirador progreso que confirma que s\u00ed es posible y ayuda a perseverar. Un paso, es todo lo que se necesita para dar el siguiente, alejar la tentaci\u00f3n de renunciar y conseguir el anhelo de triunfar. Cada pelda\u00f1o acerca la cumbre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5) La confianza verdadera no hace ruido. <\/strong>No necesita demostrar nada. No se impone. El narcisismo en cambio es soberbio. Creerse superior. Necesidad de valoraci\u00f3n. No acepta cr\u00edticas, no reconoce errores y quiere tener siempre la raz\u00f3n.
