Puede parecer absurdo, pero no lo es. Muchas de las lesiones t\u00edpicas de corredor se producen por sobre entrenamiento al preparar una carrera. Pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 implica para la pr\u00e1ctica del running descansar?<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Se trata de mucho m\u00e1s que alternar los d\u00edas que se sale a trotar con los del gimnasio o contar las horas que se duermen cada noche. Se trata principalmente de escuchar el cuerpo y la mente y estructurar el plan de entrenamiento personal, se est\u00e9 preparando una prueba o un reto o no, en funci\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo se siente nuestro organismo.\u00a0Tener el control de la carga de entrenamiento<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Entrenar m\u00e1s no garantiza correr mejor en una carrera. Al contrario de lo que se puede pensar, una sobrecarga de kil\u00f3metros puede provocar lesiones. Es l\u00f3gico que haya d\u00edas que la planificaci\u00f3n marque una actividad y el cuerpo pida otra.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 En esos casos, lo \u00fatil es escuchar al cuerpo: analizar la actividad diaria, ya que hoy en d\u00eda el mismo m\u00f3vil u otros dispositivos aportan mucha informaci\u00f3n al respecto, y valorar si cumplir el plan de entrenamiento del d\u00eda en concreto o no y readaptarse. Hacer m\u00e1s y forzarse no siempre suma.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 De hecho, al reposar o dormir, los m\u00fasculos y articulaciones se recuperan de la tensi\u00f3n diaria acumulada y aportan crecimiento a la capacidad de resistencia, de velocidad y de fuerza.
