El resurgir de correr ha venido para quedarse con diferentes formatos, que, a diferencia de lo que pasaba antes, es m\u00e1s inclusivo con todo tipo de corredores y corredoras.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 Ya no importa tanto que la distancia sea lo m\u00e1s larga posible y los tiempos. Ahora lo importante es formar parte de algo, de una comunidad runner. Y disfrutar de los beneficios f\u00edsicos y mentales que la pr\u00e1ctica de esta actividad deportiva aporta sus adeptos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 La antigua concepci\u00f3n t\u00edpica del running era una persona que se calzaba unas zapatillas de deporte viejas y sal\u00eda a rodar en solitario. Un momento de evasi\u00f3n y de encontrarse con los pensamientos de uno mismo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A pesar de que algunos y algunas runners todav\u00eda ahora conciben este deporte bajo este concepto de evasi\u00f3n de la realidad y trabajo de introspecci\u00f3n interno, los clubes de running no paran de crecer. De hecho, lo m\u00e1s habitual hoy en d\u00eda es que si eres corredor, est\u00e9s apuntando a alguna de estas entidades.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Una manera eficaz de establecer una rutina de entrenamientos y tener profesionales u otros compa\u00f1eros que te asesoran en tu progreso, adem\u00e1s de fijar objetivos mediante la inscripci\u00f3n a carreras, que cada vez agotan antes sus dorsales. Este es el m\u00e9todo que m\u00e1s est\u00e1 funcionando, cruzar la meta o salir a rodar en compa\u00f1\u00eda, para ser constantes en la pr\u00e1ctica de este deporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
