No escucha en el sentido humano, sino que procesa datos. Es un sistema de predicci\u00f3n estad\u00edstica. \u00bfPuede la IA ser un apoyo emocional real y sustituir a un psic\u00f3logo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1) Anhelo aprender a decir en una frase lo que a veces no se dice en un libro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sugiero ser adepto a los AFORISMOS. Es una declaraci\u00f3n breve y precisa que expresa sabidur\u00eda pr\u00e1ctica Idea profunda en pocas palabras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022M\u00e1s vale prevenir que curar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022Lo que no te mata te hace m\u00e1s fuerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2) El cansancio no se va solo durmiendo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay un cansancio que por mucho que se duerma sigue ah\u00ed. No es f\u00edsico, es cansancio mental. Es hacer algo que no motiva y se hace solo para sobrevivir. Este cansancio se cura con sentido. Buscar lo que tenga sentido. Ah\u00ed la energ\u00eda se recupera sola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3) El ejercicio no solo fortalece m\u00fasculos y coraz\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n ayuda al cerebro a renovarse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estudio publicado en revista Brain Research identifica mecanismo de creaci\u00f3n de nuevas neuronas. Diminutas part\u00edculas llamadas ves\u00edculas extracelulares llevan mensajes del m\u00fasculo al cerebro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4) Todos tenemos expectativas sobre nosotros, los dem\u00e1s, el mundo, la vida.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los sabios aconsejan no tener muchas ni muy altas. Si el mal tiempo arruin\u00f3 sus vacaciones, fueron sus expectativas frustradas de buen tiempo, no el tiempo en si. Mucho malestar, obedece a expectativa frustrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5) La fantas\u00eda de relaciones sin alguna fricci\u00f3n, no existe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ni en las parejas, ni en la familia, ni en los equipos, ni en la amistad.
