Es considerado uno de los mejores esgrimistas de la historia, con un impresionante r\u00e9cord de 13 medallas ol\u00edmpicas, incluyendo 6 de oro, 5 de plata y 2 de bronce, obtenidas entre 1936 y 1960.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infancia y Carrera<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hijo del esgrimista Giuseppe Mangiarotti, Edoardo comenz\u00f3 a entrenar a los 11 a\u00f1os y se convirti\u00f3 en campe\u00f3n italiano j\u00fanior de florete a los 16 a\u00f1os.
