Ej: C\u00f3mo manejar en el tr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es intuitivo, emocional, r\u00e1pido, no necesita profundidad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sistema 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se hace cuando las consecuencias pueden ser m\u00e1s complejas o graves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando pueden haber efectos complicados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se reduce la velocidad casi hasta detenerse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) Una clave del estoicismo es ayudar a ver la realidad con + claridad, menos mitos, prejuicios o temores.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El conocimiento ayuda a regular las emociones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Corre la teja&#8221; y entra luz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Permite pasar del drama al dato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saber que la mente es imprecisa estimando riesgos, reduce la ansiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) Estudio sobre los miedos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>91.4% de preocupaciones de los participantes nunca se cumplieron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de preocupaciones en mi vida nunca sucedieron .M.T.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preocupaci\u00f3n es \u00fatil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El problema es cuando se alerta de amenazas improbables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estoicos: Sufrimos m\u00e1s por imaginaci\u00f3n que por la realidad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4) Te dicen:&#8221;Qu\u00e9 bien lo has hecho&#8221; Respondes&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;No es para tanto&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te quitas m\u00e9rito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuesta aceptar un cumplido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razones&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Verg\u00fcenza<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022S\u00edndrome del impostor: crees que no lo mereces<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Miedo a parecer arrogante<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceptarlo&nbsp; no es decir: &#8220;Soy el mejor&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es decir: &#8220;Agradezco tu aprecio&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5) Qui\u00e9n no ha estado triste?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sentimiento com\u00fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No confundir con depresi\u00f3n q es problema de salud
