Otros, recomiendan a lo menos caminar diez mil pasos por d\u00eda o preferir hacer uso de las tradicionales escaleras en lugar de las mec\u00e1nicas. Y cuando use el transporte p\u00fablico, metro o bus, bajarse una estaci\u00f3n antes o despu\u00e9s de la que le corresponde para caminar hasta su lugar de trabajo o domicilio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tal sentido, es recomendable<strong> e<\/strong>ncontrar una actividad f\u00edsica adecuada a cada persona y que sea grata de realizar; controlada y con intensidad moderada, primero cada dos d\u00edas y despu\u00e9s d\u00eda por medio; aumentar poco a poco el tiempo de realizaci\u00f3n de la actividad y paulatinamente la intensidad del esfuerzo; ser constante y creativo para no caer en algo rutinario que termine por desmotivarla; descansar cuando se encuentre realmente fatigado; registrar peri\u00f3dicamente sus par\u00e1metros fisiol\u00f3gicos, entre otros: la frecuencia card\u00edaca basal, el tiempo de recuperaci\u00f3n del pulso al t\u00e9rmino de una sesi\u00f3n de actividad f\u00edsica, la presi\u00f3n arterial; su peso corporal, y algunas mediciones de per\u00edmetros corporales, como por ejemplo, di\u00e1metro de cintura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En consecuencia, el desaf\u00edo queda planteado para todas las personas mayores que deseen prolongar de manera sana y saludable su avance hacia etapas superiores de su vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\"
